Those who wait for the right time to travel will never have time for it. So, if you’ve been putting of your vacation for too long now, it’s time to serve that leave of absence. By seeing a different place, let’s say, once a month, you are rejuvenating your senses and allowing your body to release happy hormones, making you feel more fulfilled and more productive once you’re back to work or to your normal routine.

6. Exercise

It doesn’t matter whether you are more comfortable exercising in the morning, in the afternoon, or in the evening. What’s important is that you allot some time to do it regularly. By exercising on a daily basis, you are giving yourself a break, allowing it to strengthen and release toxins through your sweat.
